What sizes do you offer?

Most garments are available in sizes XS to XXL. Please check the Size Guide on each product page before placing your order. The size chart on each product page refers to body measurements, not garment dimensions.

How do I care for my August pieces?

Our garments are made from pure, breathable fabrics. We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid soaking or scrubbing. Due to the use of safe, non-toxic dyes, some colour transfer may occur, so please wash separately.

Will the print placement be exactly the same as the pictures?

No two pieces are exactly alike. As our prints are cut from larger fabric panels, print placement may vary slightly — a feature we believe adds uniqueness to every piece.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available for select pin codes in India. A small additional fee applies. Please note, repeat COD order refusals may result in account restrictions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via trusted partners like DHL and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are to be paid by the customer.

How long will my order take to reach me?

We dispatch all domestic orders within 3–5 working days, and delivery typically takes 7–10 working days. International shipping times may vary. Occasionally, there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes. You’ll be notified if so.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect. However, we’re happy to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability and approval. Kindly refer to our Exchange Policy for details.

How do I request a size exchange?

Please email us at support@shopaugust.co within 72 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, with tags intact and shipped back within 7 working days of approval. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Beyond this, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they are processed.
